The Forms module lets you create custom forms for collecting information from customers, staff, or the public. Design forms with a drag-and-drop builder, share them via public link, and track all submissions with the ability to export data.

Permission Required

Users must have Forms module access enabled in their role to use this module.

Getting There

Open Forms from the Home Launcher or the Quick Action Bar (QAB).

Form Builder

Design forms visually with a flexible builder interface.

  • Form Builder — Create and edit forms by adding, arranging, and configuring fields. Set form titles, descriptions, and submission behavior. Preview forms before publishing.
  • Field Types — Choose from a variety of field types including text, number, email, phone, dropdown, checkbox, radio, date, file upload, signature, and more. Configure validation rules, placeholder text, and required fields.

Sharing

Distribute your forms to collect responses.

  • Sharing — Generate a public link for any form that can be shared via email, embedded on a website, or posted on social media. Control whether a form is active or disabled. Forms submitted via public link are automatically recorded in ZynoSuite.

Submissions

Review and manage the data collected through your forms.

  • Submissions — View all submissions for a form in a list or detail view. See who submitted, when, and their responses to each field. Link submissions to CRM contacts when applicable.
  • Export — Export submission data to CSV for analysis in external tools or for record keeping.
