Sales
Permissions for the Salespoint register, product management, transactions, and related sales features.

|---|---|
| Salespoint (Workstation) | Access the Salespoint register on the Workstation application. This is the standard POS permission for in-store terminals. |
| Salespoint (Any Device) | Access the Salespoint register from any platform (web or mobile), without requiring a Workstation installation. Use this for staff who need to process sales from a browser or mobile device. |
| Predefined Discounts | Apply predefined discounts at the register. The user can only select from discounts that have been configured by an administrator in Predefined Discounts. |
| Custom Discounts | Apply custom (ad-hoc) discounts at the register with any percentage or dollar amount. This is a more permissive alternative to Predefined Discounts. |
| Open Cash Drawer | Open the cash drawer manually without processing a transaction. Useful for making change or performing cash drops. |
| View Gift Cards | View gift card records, balances, and transaction history. |
| View Products | View the product catalog, including product details, pricing, and categories. |

| E-Commerce | Access e-commerce administration, including storefront settings and online product management. |
Talk
Talk permissions are not configured on the global Permissions page. Instead, access to phone numbers and extensions is managed per-number in the Talk Admin section. Each number and extension has its own list of authorized users.
When a user is granted access to a Talk number, they can make and receive calls, view call history, listen to voicemail, and send/receive SMS on that number. The scope of Talk access is determined entirely by which numbers have been assigned to the user.
Inventory
Permissions for the Inventory module.
| Permission | Description |
|---|---|
| Edit Items | Edit inventory item details, including name, description, category, barcode, and other metadata. |
| Edit Quantities | Adjust inventory stock quantities. This is separated from Edit Items so that users can be allowed to update item details without being able to change stock counts, or vice versa. |
Forms
Permissions for the Forms module.
| Permission | Description |
|---|---|
| Create Forms | Create new form templates using the form builder. |
| Edit Forms | Edit existing form templates, including adding, removing, or reordering fields. |
INFO
Viewing form submissions is controlled by the CRM View Form Submissions permission, since submissions are accessed through contact records rather than the Forms module directly.
Display
Permissions for the Display (digital signage) module.
| Permission | Description |
|---|---|
| Register Devices | Register new display devices with the tenant. This is the first step in setting up a new screen. |
| Configure Devices | Configure display device settings such as resolution, orientation, and refresh intervals. |
| Manage Devices | Manage content assignment and scheduling for registered display devices. |
MSP
Permissions for multi-tenant administration. These are only relevant to managed service provider (MSP) accounts that administer multiple ZynoSuite tenants.
| Permission | Description |
|---|---|
| Login | Access the MSP administration portal to view and manage tenants. |
| Impersonate | Act on behalf of a managed tenant. This allows the MSP user to sign into a tenant's ZynoSuite instance as if they were a local administrator. |
