The IT module provides a bridge between ZynoSuite and your Freshdesk helpdesk. Access Freshdesk directly from within ZynoSuite with single sign-on and submit support tickets without leaving the platform.

Open IT from the Home Launcher or the Quick Action Bar (QAB).

Freshdesk Integration

ZynoSuite connects to your organization's Freshdesk instance to provide seamless IT support access.

• Freshdesk — Access your Freshdesk helpdesk portal through ZynoSuite. Users are automatically signed in via SSO, so there is no need to manage separate Freshdesk credentials. Submit new support tickets, check the status of existing tickets, and browse your organization's knowledge base — all from within the ZynoSuite interface.
