This guide covers downloading ZynoSuite Mobile, signing in, granting the permissions the app needs, and optionally pairing a mobile card reader for payment processing.

Step 1: Download the App

Install ZynoSuite Mobile from your device's app store:

• iOS — open the App Store and install ZynoSuite
• Android — open Google Play and install ZynoSuite

Tap Install (or Get on iOS) and wait for the download to complete. The app will appear on your home screen.

Step 2: Sign In

1. Open ZynoSuite Mobile.
2. Sign in with your email and password, or use Google or Microsoft sign-in if your organization has configured it.
3. If your account has multi-factor authentication enabled, complete the MFA challenge when prompted.

Once signed in, the app will load your account and you will see the home screen with access to CRM, Sales, and other available modules.

TIP

After your first sign-in, ZynoSuite Mobile will keep you logged in. If your session expires or your credentials change, you will be prompted to sign in again.

Step 3: Grant Permissions

ZynoSuite Mobile will request permissions as you use features that need them. You can also grant them proactively in your device's Settings app:

Camera Access

The camera is used for barcode scanning in Inventory and Sales. When you first use the barcode scanner, the app will ask for camera permission. Tap Allow to enable it.

Step 4: Pair a Mobile Card Reader (Optional)

If you need to accept card payments from your mobile device, you can pair a Bluetooth card reader:

1. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
2. Put your card reader into pairing mode (refer to the reader's documentation for instructions).
3. In ZynoSuite Mobile, navigate to the card reader settings and tap Pair Reader.
4. Select your reader from the list of available devices.
5. Once paired, the reader will connect automatically whenever it is powered on and in range.

The card reader processes payments through Stripe, so your Stripe account must be configured in ZynoSuite before you can accept card payments. See Mobile Card Reader for supported reader models and detailed pairing instructions.

With the app installed and permissions granted, you can start using ZynoSuite Mobile:

• Look up contacts and manage customer interactions on the go
• Ring up sales and process payments from anywhere
