ZynoSuite Web is the full-featured browser-based application. It requires no installation, runs on any modern device with a web browser, and always delivers the latest version of ZynoSuite without manual updates.

What You Get

The web app provides access to the complete ZynoSuite feature set:

• CRM — manage contacts, memberships, check-ins, notes, and files
• Sales & POS — ring up sales, process payments, manage products, and run reports
• Talk — make and receive calls through the built-in softphone, send SMS messages, manage voicemail
• Inventory — track stock, scan barcodes, and print labels
• Forms — build forms, collect submissions, and export PDFs
• Display — configure and manage digital signage devices
• Administration — manage users, roles, locations, and integrations

Browser Requirements

ZynoSuite Web works in any up-to-date Chromium-based browser. For the best experience, use:

• Google Chrome (recommended)
• Microsoft Edge
• Brave

Safari and Firefox are supported but may have minor limitations with certain features such as the softphone and push notifications.

Key Advantages

No Installation Required

Open your browser, navigate to zyno.app, and sign in. There is nothing to download, install, or keep updated. This makes ZynoSuite Web ideal for shared workstations, temporary setups, or accessing your account from a new device.

Works Anywhere

Any computer, tablet, or device with a supported browser can run ZynoSuite Web. This is especially useful for managers who need access from home, on the road, or at multiple locations.

Always Up to Date

Updates are deployed automatically. Every time you load ZynoSuite Web, you are running the latest version with the newest features and fixes.

Web-Specific Behavior

There are a few areas where the web app behaves differently from the desktop and mobile apps:

Push Notifications

Browser push notifications keep you informed about incoming calls, new messages, and other events even when ZynoSuite is not the active tab. You need to grant notification permission the first time you are prompted. See Push Notifications for setup details.

Browser Extension

The ZynoSuite browser extension adds click-to-call functionality across the web. When you encounter a phone number on any website, click it to initiate a call directly through ZynoTalk. See Browser Extension for installation instructions.

Workstation Alternative

If you need hardware integration for fingerprint readers, direct payment terminal support, or sessions without idle timeouts, consider using ZynoSuite Workstation instead.
