ZynoRMM
WebWorkstationMobileZynoRMM is the remote monitoring and management area for MSP workflows. It appears in the ZynoSuite launcher only for users whose account has ZynoRMM access.
Access Required
If you see You are not authorized to access ZynoRMM., contact your administrator to request access.
Getting There
Open ZynoRMM from the Home Launcher. The main console opens to Endpoints.
Endpoints Console
The Endpoints console lists managed devices and can show:
- Endpoint name and operating system
- Organization
- Current user
- CPU and memory usage
- Tags
- Last seen time
- Online or offline status
Use Search endpoints... to filter the list. MSP users can also use the organizations drawer to switch between managed organizations.
Endpoint Detail
Select an endpoint to open its detail panel. Available tabs can include:

| Summary | Review endpoint identity, operating system, agent status, and update indicators. |
| Screen | Start a remote screen session when the endpoint and your access allow it. |
| Terminal | Open a remote terminal session for authorized troubleshooting. |
| Files | Browse and transfer files when file access is authorized. |
| Scripts | Run approved or ad-hoc scripts when script access is authorized. |
| Network | Review network interface information and network tools. |
| Processes | Review and manage running processes. |
| Services | Review and manage system services. |
| Hardware | Review hardware inventory. |
| Software | Review installed software inventory. |
| History | Review connection and user-session history. |
Some actions require a secure technician session or hardware authenticator prompt before they can continue.
Settings
Select Settings from the ZynoRMM console to manage your ZynoRMM setup. The settings area includes:
- My Devices — manage your own technician devices and authenticators.
- Technicians — approve and manage technician access when you are a ZynoRMM manager.
- Org Users — manage organization user access when you are a ZynoRMM manager.
- Enrollment Tokens — create and manage agent enrollment tokens.
- Tags — organize endpoints with labels.
- Scripts — manage the script library.
- Upgrades — review and queue agent upgrades.
Common Issues
| Problem | What To Check |
|---|---|
| ZynoRMM is missing from the launcher | Confirm your organization has ZynoRMM enabled and your account has ZynoRMM access. |
| You are not authorized | Ask an administrator or ZynoRMM manager to grant access. |
| No endpoints appear | Confirm agents are enrolled, online, and assigned to an organization you can access. |
| A secure action is locked | Complete the hardware authenticator or technician-session prompt shown by ZynoRMM. |
| Endpoint data looks stale | Check whether the endpoint is online and review its Last Seen time. |
