ZynoRMM

ZynoRMM is the remote monitoring and management area for MSP workflows. It appears in the ZynoSuite launcher only for users whose account has ZynoRMM access.

Access Required

If you see You are not authorized to access ZynoRMM., contact your administrator to request access.

Getting There

Open ZynoRMM from the Home Launcher. The main console opens to Endpoints.

Endpoints Console

The Endpoints console lists managed devices and can show:

  • Endpoint name and operating system
  • Organization
  • Current user
  • CPU and memory usage
  • Tags
  • Last seen time
  • Online or offline status

Use Search endpoints... to filter the list. MSP users can also use the organizations drawer to switch between managed organizations.

Endpoint Detail

Select an endpoint to open its detail panel. Available tabs can include:

ScreenStart a remote screen session when the endpoint and your access allow it.
TerminalOpen a remote terminal session for authorized troubleshooting.
FilesBrowse and transfer files when file access is authorized.
ScriptsRun approved or ad-hoc scripts when script access is authorized.
NetworkReview network interface information and network tools.
ProcessesReview and manage running processes.
ServicesReview and manage system services.
HardwareReview hardware inventory.
SoftwareReview installed software inventory.
HistoryReview connection and user-session history.

Some actions require a secure technician session or hardware authenticator prompt before they can continue.

Settings

Select Settings from the ZynoRMM console to manage your ZynoRMM setup. The settings area includes:

  • My Devices — manage your own technician devices and authenticators.
  • Technicians — approve and manage technician access when you are a ZynoRMM manager.
  • Org Users — manage organization user access when you are a ZynoRMM manager.
  • Enrollment Tokens — create and manage agent enrollment tokens.
  • Tags — organize endpoints with labels.
  • Scripts — manage the script library.
  • Upgrades — review and queue agent upgrades.

Common Issues

Endpoint data looks staleCheck whether the endpoint is online and review its Last Seen time.
