Getting Started with ZynoSuite Mobile

ZynoSuite Mobile brings key features of the platform to your phone, including CRM, Sales, and Talk access.

Availability

ZynoSuite Mobile is available on:

First Login

  1. Open the ZynoSuite Mobile app after installation.
  2. Sign in with your email and password, or use Google or Microsoft sign-in if your organization has configured it.
  3. If MFA is enabled on your account, complete the verification step.
  4. You will land on the mobile home screen showing your available modules.

The app keeps you signed in between sessions. If your session expires or your credentials change, you will be prompted to sign in again.

Mobile Card Reader

ZynoSuite Mobile supports Stripe mobile card readers for processing card-present payments on the go. To use a mobile card reader:

  1. Ensure your Stripe account is connected in ZynoSuite admin settings.
  2. Pair the card reader with your mobile device via Bluetooth.
  3. The reader will be available as a payment option in the Salespoint register.

ZynoTalk Mobile

VoIP calling (making and receiving phone calls) is handled by a separate app called ZynoTalk Mobile. If you need to make business calls from your phone, install ZynoTalk Mobile alongside the main app. See the ZynoTalk Mobile getting started guide for details.
