Navigating the App
WebWorkstationMobileZynoSuite's interface is organized around two key elements: the Quick Action Bar at the top of every page and the Home Launcher that serves as your starting point.
Home Launcher
When you first sign in, you land on the home launcher. It displays a grid of icons representing each module you have access to, such as CRM, Sales, Talk, Inventory, Forms, Display, and IT.
To open a module, click its icon. The modules shown depend on your role and permissions — you will only see modules your account is authorized to use.
Returning to the Launcher
To get back to the home launcher from anywhere in the app:
- Click the ZynoSuite logo in the top-left corner of the Quick Action Bar.
- This returns you to the launcher grid so you can switch to a different module.
Quick Action Bar (QAB)
The Quick Action Bar is a persistent toolbar at the top of every page. It provides shortcuts to frequently used features without leaving your current module.
QAB Icons
From left to right, the Quick Action Bar contains:

| Incidents | View and manage active incidents |
| Notifications | View your notification feed (unread count shown as a badge) |

| Phone | Open the Talk softphone for making calls |
| Help | Access help resources and documentation |
| Impersonation | When impersonating another user, indicates the active impersonation (admin only) |
| User Menu | Your account avatar — opens the user menu |
Not all icons are visible to every user. For example, the phone icon only appears if your account has Talk access, and the impersonation indicator only appears when an admin is actively impersonating another user.
User Menu
Click your avatar on the far right of the Quick Action Bar to open the user menu. It provides the following options:
- Change Password — Update your account password.
- Admin — Open the administration panel (visible only to users with admin permissions).
- Switch Tenant — If your account has access to multiple organizations, switch between them.
- Logout — Sign out of ZynoSuite.
Switching Between Modules
You do not need to return to the home launcher every time you want to change modules. Some common navigation patterns:
- Logo click returns you to the launcher grid, where you can select any module.
- QAB shortcuts let you access cross-cutting features (check-ins, phone, notifications) from anywhere.
- Browser navigation (back/forward buttons) works as expected for moving through your recent pages.
Breadcrumbs and Page Hierarchy
Within a module, pages often include breadcrumbs near the top showing your current location. Click any breadcrumb segment to jump back to that level. For example, in Sales you might see: Products > Widget A, and clicking "Products" returns you to the product list.
