ZynoSuite is delivered through four products. Each one is tailored to a specific use case, and many organizations use more than one.

ZynoSuite (Web)

Web

The web app is the primary way most users interact with ZynoSuite. It runs in any modern browser and provides access to every module: CRM, Sales, Talk, Inventory, Forms, Display, and IT.

Best for: Day-to-day operations at a desk or on any device with a browser.

Key highlights:

  • No installation required
  • Works on Windows, macOS, Linux, Chromebooks, and tablets
  • Push notifications via the browser
  • Optional browser extension for click-to-call integration with Talk

ZynoSuite Workstation

Workstation

The Workstation app is a dedicated application for PC and Mac that provides the full ZynoSuite experience and adds hardware integration. It connects to peripherals that browsers cannot access directly.

Best for: Front-desk and point-of-sale stations where hardware peripherals are in use.

Key highlights:

  • Fingerprint reader support for fast user login and contact identification
  • Direct integration with Stripe card payment terminals
  • Receipt printers, cash drawers, barcode readers, and label printers
  • Scales for sale by weight and shipping labels (coming soon)
  • Registered to a specific workstation identity for terminal assignment and audit trails
  • Same full feature set as the web app

ZynoSuite Mobile

Mobile

The mobile app brings a curated set of ZynoSuite features to your phone. It is available on both iOS and Android and is designed for staff who need access while away from a desk.

Best for: Staff on the floor, in the field, or handling mobile payments.

  • CRM contact lookup and check-ins
  • Salespoint with mobile card reader support (Stripe)
  • Access to Talk call history and SMS

ZynoTalk Mobile

ZynoTalk Mobile

ZynoTalk Mobile is a separate, purpose-built VoIP calling app. It exists as its own app because deep calling integration — incoming call handling, call audio, background operation — requires capabilities that go beyond what a general-purpose business app can provide.

Best for: Staff who need to make and receive business phone calls from their mobile device.

Which Products Do I Need?

Most teams start with the web app since it covers every feature and requires no installation. From there:

  • Add Workstation if you have front-desk stations with fingerprint readers or payment terminals.
  • Add Mobile if your staff need CRM access, check-ins, or mobile payment processing on the go.
  • Add ZynoTalk Mobile if your team makes or receives business calls from their phones.
