Signing In
WebWorkstationMobileZynoTalk MobileZynoSuite supports several authentication methods. Which ones are available to you depends on how your organization's administrator has configured your account.
Email and Password
The most common way to sign in. Enter the email address associated with your ZynoSuite account and your password on the login screen.
If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page. You will receive a password reset email with a link to create a new one.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your organization has configured SSO, you can sign in using an external identity provider instead of a ZynoSuite password. Supported providers include:
- Microsoft Azure AD (Entra ID)
- Google Workspace
- Any OIDC-compatible provider
On the login page, select your SSO provider and you will be redirected to that provider's login flow. After authenticating there, you are returned to ZynoSuite automatically.
TIP
Your administrator decides which SSO providers are available. If you do not see an SSO option and expect one, contact your admin.
Fingerprint Login
Workstation
Fingerprint login is only available on ZynoSuite Workstation with a connected fingerprint reader. It allows users to authenticate by scanning their fingerprint instead of entering credentials, which is especially useful for shared workstations where multiple staff members need to sign in quickly throughout the day.Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Your account may require a second factor after entering your password. ZynoSuite supports two types of MFA:
TOTP (Authenticator App)
When enabled, you will be prompted for a six-digit code from an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or 1Password. Open your authenticator app, find the ZynoSuite entry, and enter the current code.
Passkeys
Passkeys use biometrics or device-based authentication (such as Touch ID, Face ID, Windows Hello, or a hardware security key) as a second factor. When prompted, follow your device's instructions to verify your identity.
One-Time Codes
If your administrator has enabled one-time codes, you can request a temporary login code sent to your email. This is useful when you cannot use your regular password or MFA device. On the login page, choose the one-time code option, enter your email, and check your inbox for the code.
Switching Tenants
If your account has access to multiple tenants (organizations), you can switch between them after signing in. Open the user menu in the top-right corner and select Switch Tenant. Choose the tenant you want to work in and you will be redirected.
You can also switch tenants from the login screen if your account is associated with more than one.
Mobile App Login
Mobile
Sign in to ZynoSuite Mobile with your email and password, or use Google or Microsoft sign-in if configured. The app will keep you signed in between sessions. If your session expires, you will be prompted to re-authenticate.ZynoTalk Mobile
ZynoTalk Mobile uses the same credentials as your main ZynoSuite account. Sign in with your email and password or SSO. Once authenticated, the app connects to your Talk phone system automatically.
